Servings:
1Just few of my favorite things: bananas, almond butter, coconut, and honey.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1-2 tablespoons of almond butter
1/2 teaspoon of almond extract (optional, I love the added almond flavor)
1-2 tablespoons of shredded, dried coconut
meat
raw honey as needed (or your sweetener of choice)
Preparation:
In a small bowl mix the almond butter, almond extract (if using) and as much honey as needed to create a thick sauce. Toss with the bananas and sprinkle coconut on top.
