Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Bread:
1 cup Golden Flax Seeds
2 tablespoon Tahini
dash Sea Salt
Cheese:
2 cup Pine
Nuts
1 tablespoon Tumeric
2 tablespoon Haiwaiian White Miso, Optional
dash Sea Salt
1 Lemon, Optional
1 cup Water
Make the “Bread” by grinding the Flax Seeds in a blender to a fine powder. Place powder in a bowl and, mixing very well, add tahini and sea salt. Use a fork to form a flat square on a plate with the mixture and cut diagonally with a knife and seperate the two halves.
Make the Nacho Cheese by first putting water into a blender and adding the rest of the ingredients. Blend 2-3 minutes for a chunkier consistancy or longer for a smoother one.
Spread the Nacho Cheese on one half of the “bread”, Then carefully flip the other half on top to form a triangular “Grilled Cheese” sandwich. Yummy
