I wanted something that wasn’t sweet.
This filled that need. Tangy, creamy and warming with lots of contrasting flavor.
1 cup mint leaves, de-stemify
juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 cup filtered water, as needed, more or less
pinch cayenne pepper, optional
tablespoon ginger, chopped
Blend it all together until creamy.
Pour in your favorite glass and enjoy.
I like it room temperature, you might try it chilled.
About 38 grams of fat in this lovely drink, so REALLY ENJOY IT!!!
