This recipe is quick and easy, and perfect for a raw potluck!
½ of a green mango, cubed
½ of a strawberry papaya/large pear, cubed
½ of a large tomato, sliced
2 large Hass avocadoes, cut into
chunks
juice from half of a lemon
1 large apple, cubed
pinch Himalayan Salt
1. Cut the avocadoes into chunks and and slice the tomato, and add to a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle with Himalayan salt.
2. Add the rest of the cubed and sliced fruit to the mixing bowl, and mix well with a spoon. Enjoy and blessings!
