A tasty lettuce smoothie :)
6 leaves of romaine lettuce
4 seeded dates
juice of 1 orange
Soak the dates in filtered water for 1 hour
Peel and chop the banana
chop the strawberries
Remove the thick white center of the romaine lettuce and chop the greens
place the romaine greens in the blender and blend on low
add the strawberries and blend
add the bananas and blend
add the dates and the juice of an orange and blend on high until it becomes thick.
I added a dash of sweet wheat to the mix too.
pour into glass and enjoy.
you can add more strawberries and more banana if you want a more fruitier flavour.
