Ingredients:
1 canteloupe or honeydew
blueberries, rasberries, blackberries, grapes, or any other fruit you want
1 canteloupe or honeydew
Preparation:
Cut canteloupe in half. Scoop out seeds, forming two “bowls”.
Fill the empty space where the seeds were with berries, grapes, or other fruit cut into bite sized pieces.
I also like to top this with a cashew cream. I put about .33 cup cashews in a grinder with some fruit and a dash of vanilla. Scoop on top of the melon, and enjoy!
