Serves 4The BEST Fettuccine Alfredo I have EVER tasted. Tastes so much like the real thing. And to think I made it by mistake!
Ingredients:
1 bag Kelp Noodles, Rinsed
½ cup Cashews
¼ cup Pinenuts (Pignolias)
¾ cup Water
2 dash Basil, (Dried or
fresh)
1 pinch Sea Salt
1 pinch Pepper
Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients in blender (except kelp noodles).
2. Pour sauce over noodles.
3. (OPTIONAL) Let noodles marinate in sauce for a chewier, more noodle-like texture and a more Fettuccine-Alfredo-like flavor. YUM! :)
