random “throw some stuff together” recipe i think it would be nice with some celery chopped up little for some crunch (i just didnt have any) and maybe some coconut milk to make it creamier.. next time … ( i might also be imagining things but i think i put some allspice in there.. hmm) oh and will someone give this a better name?!
1 grapefruit , cut in to chunks
1 avocado, cut in to chunks
1 apple (i used pink lady), diced
1 handful of grapes (red looks nicer), cut in half
1 cup quinoa , sprouted
combine all ingredients in a bowl and eat!!
