I found another tasty way to use up that wonderful almond pulp left over from making almond mylk!

Take the pulp left over from making almond mylk, and add the juice of 1-2 oranges (depending on how much almond pulp you have). Mix well and spread on dehydrator sheets. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 5-10 hours depending on whether you spread it thick or thin.
Spread Thin: Makes delightful little thin crisps
Spread Thicker: Makes a spongy light cookie, which a little bit of chew (hard to
describe texture)
The crisps remind me of something “sinful” you would get if you went out for tea…yum!
