This is a simple side dish you’ll love making. It’s very tasty, I hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients:
3-6 tomatoes
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
pinch basil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
Slice tomatoes. In a separate bowl, combine everything else until thoroughly stirred. Mix in the tomatoes until fully coated. Serve as a side dish, garnish over salad or you can also process it into a marinara sauce for raw spaghetti. Enjoy :)
