Makes one quartI’ve been trying to figure out a simple way to get Vitamineral Greens into my diet, without all the sugar that seems to come along with smoothies—this is a suprisingly pleasant tasting mixture that is easy for me to drink every day!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Vitamineral greens
1 Lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, finely grated
1 Quart water
Preparation:
Mix in jar by shaking with the lid on! Cayenne is a nice addition too.
