This soup is packed with protein and antioxidants!
Ingredients:
4 tablespoon hemp protein powder
2 tablespoon hemp seeds
20 dates
1 orange
Preparation:
Blend orange, hemp powder, and dates. Dont blend until dates are liquid. Pour in bowl and sprinkle the hemp seeds on top. You can add spices or a dash of acai works very well. It you are not a fan of oranges just recplace with another type of fruit.
