Hey everyone! I have yellow squash (small ones) and a huge zuchinni, and was wondering if you eat them raw or what you do with them? that’s probably a dumb question, but i’ve only ever cooked them, so any ideas would be helpful. Has anyone every put them in smoothies?

I eat them both raw all the time. Im hooked actually. Its not summer without them!! I toss yellow squash with a cheese from this site and it tastes like raw mac n cheese. YUM. Zucchini is great spiralized and mixed with any raw pasta sauce. drool These are my fav raw recipes.
I am overflowing with squashes right now! If you look at my profile I’ve posted a couple of recipes that I really like. I just finished a smoothie made with zuccini juice ice cubes, it doesn’t change the flavor or color.
