I dont really like to take much time preparing food for myself because I am either busy with school or just because I’m just plain lazy. I really dont really have a meal plan, but I do know that I eat every 3-5 hrs. It is quite common for me to eat about 10-15 bananas in one sitting or throughout the day. Basically it goes sweet and fatty fruit (not including nuts) during the day and then maybe a large salad of greens with nuts or fatty fruit. Right now I have been craving more sweet fruit so I havent been having any greens. Just play with it and remeber to always enjoy what you eat. Take it slow and before you know it you will eating all raw foods. Believe the more raw food you eat the shorter time it takes your taste buds to realize what they had been missing out on all these years. Lettuce on its own with start to taste awesome. Good luck with everything!

That is so true :)
10-15 bananas – wow!! That’s how I’d be with avocados, but I stop myself after the first couple!
I’m the same as you, about 75% raw. I eat every 3-5 hours as well. I have one small cooked vegan meal almost every day, but some days I eat all raw. I eat the cooked meal mid-afternoon, because my cravings for cooked food usually happen about an hour later when I get home from work. I find that if I eat the cooked food an hour before my normal “craving” time, I don’t get the cravings anymore!
This is an outline of how I eat:
Breakfast: fruit smoothie OR raw cereal with nut milk Snack: fruit Lunch: huge salad with some kind of fat (an avocado or olive-oil dressing) Mid-Afternoon: cooked meal (usually brown rice and some kind of bean dish). If I don’t eat cooked food mid-afternoon I need something very filling, like a massive green smoothie or a heavy nut cheese or nut pate. Supper: I usually save supper for my more time-intensive recipes; often it’s some kind of ‘soup and sandwich’ combination, or zucchini pasta with sun-dried tomato sauce.
Hope that helps, it was longer than I thought!
i eat 2 banana’s for breakfast (on with a bit of tahini on it).for lunch yesterday i had a raw fake fish patty on romaine lettuce with tomato and onion.for dinner-a bowl of cream of broccoli soup and some raw carrot bread.it was so very good. i love that soup.i will sometimes have smoothies and sometimes i will have salads.
I eat carrot or zucchini bread with nut butter, salads and sprouts, and a lot of green and fruit juice. Also,I have to have an ice cream or cake every day.
Breakfast- Big green smoothie with tonnes of greens and fruit
Snack around 10 oclock of a piece of fruit
Lunch- Usually a salad and/or wraps made of greens, seed cheese, and hopefully avos!
When i get home- snack of some fruit or a small green smoothie
Dinner- Often more wraps and salad or something special like mushroom steaks..
After dinner I sometimes snack on nuts but usually I feel bloated after to I try to avoid them these days.

Before I started my fsat, my typical intake was every three hours
Breakfast: 1 cantaloupe
Snack: Fresh figs
Lunch: 3 kinds of veggies with lemon juice/herbs OR 6 grapefruits
Snack: veggie sticks OR raspberries
Dinner: Half a head of lettuce OR Salad.
I honor the food combining priniciple 99% of time and gravitated towards a mono eater. RAW treats were very seldom.
Hello there,
I eat mostly mono meals (one item at a time) of fruit with occasional salads.
An example of a typical day for me would be:
One large honeydew melon for breakfast
5 or 6 bananas for lunch. I often blend them up with a tiny bit of water to make a yummy pudding.
A lb or 2 of grapes or a large salad toppped with orange juice for dinner.
All the best!
