Ray and I here at Gone Raw are leaving this Saturday for a 10-day work related trip abroad. We’d love to hear from anyone interested in moderating the forums and/or recipes while we are gone (or even a particular forum topic). I’m guessing that a half hour or so a day would be the time commitment (basically, looking out for potential spam and non-raw recipes and looking out for unanswered questions).
