I just quickly googled searched each one, I have not tried ethier, however from reading these I would say that I would be more eager to try vitamineral green. Just looking over the ingrediants and reading a little bit about it gives me the impression that it would provide a lot of nutrients that you might not be getting from the rest of your diet. Thats just my opinion though, since ive never tried ethier one. Good luck!
