I have been researching the properly time to soak and sprout pumpkin seeds. The answers vary quite a bit! Some suggest soaking only and no sprouting (due to the tendency for the seeds to go rancid) and others suggest soaking for 1 hour and sprouting for 8 – 12 hours.
What has worked for you?? I would love to hear!!

I soak for two hours and sprout for two days. I have never had a problem.

Thanks, Caleb! Do you rinse the seeds every few hours when you sprout? If so, how many?
