CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW THICK THE BREAD SHOULD BE.IT CAME OUT NOT DRY COMPLEATLY!IS THAT THE WAY SUPPOSE TO BE?
Yep, it’s called “bread” but it’s really just a softish cracker in my opinion. It should come out dry but still a little bit soft.

If you are concerned, you could leave it in longer or keep it refrigerated. It doesn’t last long around our house. Have you tasted it yet?
Mine comes out a bit soft too… i’ve left it in the dehydrator on 105 for 4 days and it’s still soft! I do keep my in the fridge… just for safety reasons. Trust me, it won’t go bad – because it’s so good you won’t stop eating it!!! Be sure to try it with Bryan Au’s tuna fish on top :) One of my favorite treats!
