try a google search...that's the easiest way I've found:) You shouldn't try to recreate sad food, but try to just enjoy raw food in it's whole state

Make sure to take a peek here: http://thesunnyrawkitchen.blogspot.com/2007/03/this-blogs-recipe...

Some of the recipes are a little advanced but all are seriously delicious! There's even a recipe for "ranch" dressing. Don't be put off if you don't have all of the ingredients for everything. Substitutions quite often work just fine.

If you're going to make a serious go at raw (and can not LIVE without spaghetti!) I would recommend buying a vegetable spiralizer for zucchini noodles and a kickass blender for soups/smoothies/a billion other things. I wouldn't dish out for the dehydrator or the Vita-Mix until you decide this is a change you're will to commit to (both cost some serious dough!) When I first went raw, I kitted out with everything and realised I only use my food processor to make bread so there are tools out there that you might think you need but really don't. You'll figure it out over time.

Also - keep an open mind about food instead of sticking to things you already know and like. You might surprise yourself by enjoying different kinds of foods (and dressings :) Raw, if nothing else, is a wicked food adventure. A lot of things look and taste amazing, others...well... not so much! Try not to get too bogged down in the first weeks with complicated recipes that mimic cooked foods. They can actually put you off your raw path in the beginning by frustrating and disheartening you. Simple salads with sprouts and smoothies are the way to success!

Good luck. We're all always here for you all the time :)
