Hey Carissa, I’m new here too and a little overwhelmed! I haven’t yet gone totally raw as I’m really a newbie to the diet but wanting to learn more. It looks like it is difficult to make the change, how did you introduce it into your life?
I’d say the best way to start is one meal at a time. Breakfast is easiest. If you start off with a raw breakfast, that’s one third of the way through the day and a great start. Chop up some apples, sprinkle on raisins, nuts etc. You could also add in some smooties as snacks or as breakfast.
