I recently noticed some light skin patches on my face - near my chin. I am a brown skinned male. A google search showed me poor immune system, skin infections and vitiligo as some of the possibilities. (I hope it is not skin cancer!). I take a half teaspoonful of kelp every morning in my smoothie along with chlorella, aloe vera juice, apple cider vinegar. I eat plenty of vegetables and fruits every day. What else can I do to improve my immune system. Anyone else had a similar problem and cured it with raw foods?
