This is not a new site/product but looks like no one posted anything on it yet so I thought I would. It may be more so for folks (like me) who have yet to get a dehydrator and don’t have an estimate on when they might. http://justtomatoes.com isn’t actually just tomatoes, but a whole variety of dehydrated fruit and vegetables… I assume when they first started they did so with just tomatoes, thus the name. Extremely dehydrated you might say even because they all can be easily powdered.

I have actually tried the veggie mix and soaked them in my raw soups. It turned out awesome! They also great to just snack on them right from the container.
