Is it safe to take " creatine Monohydrate"??
I am vegetarian(no dairy products but seafood) and i go to the gym. I will like to gain more muscle on my legs and bought the other day this Creatine Monohydrate at Wholefoods and want to know if someone here take this or if you know any side effects on taking this. I am trying to take care and not consume process stuff. Any advice?? Thanks!!!
