decrease sugars. eat greens, green smoothies, apples, asparagus, cucumbers, grapes, walnuts, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp, sunflower seeds, use coconut oil – internally and topically. drink lots of water. also, look at external forces (too much handwashing, living/working in a dry or dusty arid environment) as well.
