Chart about negative climate impact of various types of food in the US. As expected, meat and dairy are the highest. Fruits and vegetables came in a bit higher than I would have guessed, a tad higher than fish and poultry. I
didn't read the article closely enough to know if the original study took into account the difference that would be made by buying local. Thought some of you might find this of interest.
