I am very new to raw foods and wanted to try a salt and vinegar potato chip recipe and was wondering if anyone know at what temperature to set my excaliber dehydrator at for the 12 hour dehydration time. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
You can set it for like 145F or so for first half hour to hour (the food won't reach that temp) but you don't have to do that. You can go straight for 110F or so.
