Hi,
I am new to raw, about 80 percent raw each day for about 2 months now. Love the way I feel. My daughter and I decided to try some new fruit today. We bought fresh cranberries, 2 pomagranets (not sure of spelling) and 2 cactus pears. My problem is that I am not sure how to eat the cactus pears raw. I did a search and unfortunately these babies are added to cooked foods. Anyone have any ideas on how I could use these in a raw dish? Can they be juiced or added to a fruit/veg smoothie? Thanks, Deb, 1goneraw.
