  • Yes around 100, and this is the most “calorific” low-fat fruit. It gives you an idea of how much-much-much to eat. LovefoodLaughter thanks a lot for your post :) I will be happy to be sort of experimented by you then LOL It is hard to find seeds whe…

  • kennyt, I often mix the greens with fruits, either in large salads or in smoothies. A salad of lettuce or spinach with fruits is good for the calories intake, and also because it doesn’t need fats in it; the natural juice and taste of the fruits mak…

  • Tree Of Life, of course I thought about what I wrote before writing it. I don’t want to get to a stage where a single plate of rice would make me ill, because that would be a problem in my life. I don’t want to refuse all of the cooked food offered …

  • Hi, thank you very much Jason for your support. True that I haven’t been raw for so long, six months now, with periods of 811, some cooked food from time to time. I have seriously followed the 811 for the last six weeks I think (didn’t check dates),…

  • shazzz, do you think it is possible to detox after just a single pancake? well, and a plate of rice and beans this week too. The reaction seems wery strong for just that. Well my mind rejected the 811rw today and I had a little more raw fats than us…

  • Oh I forgot, I ate a pancake! not even vegan, there was milk and egg. My son (11 years) is learning to cook and did everything, worked hard to bake the pancakes. I am proud of him and didn’t have the heart to refuse tasting it. Only meat I refuse sy…

  • Chicory, yes the stomach needs to be stretched. A stomach used to dehydrated food (‘normal’ food) can have two or three bananas, it takes time and practice to eat more. I can’t eat more than seven still. Moth this is what you call no appetite?! LOL

  • Thanks a lot Kait, you are an angel. Your calculation exactly meets nutridiary’s: a bit more than 2500 less 250 to lose weight slowly, so about 2250 cals a day. Maybe I didn’t log the cals well yesterday. I ate a lot of ramboutans (a sort of litchi)…

  • Hi, hard for me today, I woke up feeling weak, after a 7 bananas smoothie, and for lunch a kilo of mixed papaya and guanabana, still feel tired. I am very careful to have around 2200 cals a day, and no more than 10% (in reality 8%) fats and proteins…

  • They all eat mostly protein, but how long do they live on average? Anyway, it is difficult to eat raw and have lots of protein. The raw diets are either rich in carbs, or rich in fats, hardly on proteins unless having (unhealthy?) supplements.
  • This is the green papaya! good for salads. The sweet papaya is yellow-orange outside, and orange inside.
  • In the website I told you about the necessary calories are calculated for you, otherwise there are plenty of websites that do it!
  • I forgot: Don’t mix dry fruit and fresh fruit. Don’t mix fats and fruits. You can mix green leaves (lettuce, spinach, celery leaves etc) with fruits in smoothies or delicious salads. If you prepare a salad with fruits, no fats in the dressing. Use l…
