I am extremely passionate about food and health. I believe that there is alot of truth in the saying "we are what we eat". I was vegetarian on and off for 3 years, went vegan last October :) . I have been very interested in raw foods for about a year now.Going very slowly, my goal is to be 100% RAW by next summer. I really love this website! it is so awsome.
