Hi all. I discovered this site recently looking for recipes I could make without wheat, dairy, soya and some other bits and pieces! I was diagnosed with various food intolerances after feeling tired, digestive problems and more. So i’ve gone partly raw at the moment and I love it! I think living in the UK it’s going to be hard to do full time, not sure what I would have in a restaurant. Also going on holiday to India next week so not sure whats going to be about there raw food wise! Thinking of buying a dehydrator when I come back to try out the raw brown bread and lasagne. Looking forward to learning and finding out more.I live in Kent in South East England would be great to hear from any one trying raw food locally.
