I am a single mother of 2 kids. My youngest is a Type 1 diabetic. I am familiar with the raw food diet. That’s how I found out about it. I searched on google for an answer to my son’s disease and found Sergei Boutenko. If that guy doesn’t know what an inspiration he is to type 1 diabetics, he should know. That’s how I learned about RAW FOOD. Prior to learning I was already Fasting, Cleansing, and eating organic (whatever i want)with the occasional, I am sick of this! Let’s eat pizza and ice cream.
Since being raw over a month now, the cooked food is becoming less and less appetizing. Thank god. I own 2 businesses and stressed to the max. I KNOW the RAW food unlocks the door to all I desire. As long as it tastes yummy and interesting? I have no doubt I will stick with it. I introduce a new recipe to my diet everyday almost. Albeit, it does get tedious and I stress about that.. I stress about EVERYTHING. I am taking maca don’t worry..LOL
I am 35 yrs old, soon to be 36 and I wanna stay this way.
I want to be HAPPY most of all. And I don’t feel happy.
I know diet has lots to do with mental health. I cured panic attacks and anxiety attacks in just a few short days by switching to ORGANIC everything. I am proof that happiness doesn’t come in a pill.
