I have been trying to switch to a raw food diet for the past 2 years. I was told to start with 35% raw and work my way up. It didn’t work for me so I went back to cooked foods.
I just completed a colon cleanse and felt so good that I decided to give raw foods one more shot. I did some research on some books that have good reviews and decided to get 12 Steps to Raw by Victoria Boutenko.
I cannot stop reading this book! I even got my whole family convinced to go 100% raw. I cannot wait to get the vitamix blender we ordered so we can start making soups and smoothies. :)
