I recently became a vegan (2 months ago). I started looking further into the lifestyle and my eating habits because I need to lose weight. So here I am. I’ve transitioned over to raw. Not quite 100% but extremely close to it. I’m not hungry, I haven’t had any sugar cravings and the green smoothies blew my mind because they tasted so good. I was so surprised that I did not have to add sugar, yogurt or ice creame ….What a surprise.
