so? would you say I am ready to start LOL
I have 60 pounds to lose that I am just tired of looking and feeling this way. I am 45 years old and enough is enough.
I find the information very overwhelming
and everything I read said takes baby steps..
I am some what unsure of how to start even after all of the reading I have done..
I made a list of foods to have in the house
and guess I will start slowly with eating fruits / juices and salads during the day and cooked flesh foods later in the day…
How does that sound? any advice would be greatly appreciated
