My partner and I went 100% raw practically over night. Probably not the best way of doing it but it was kinda’ like ripping off a bandaid. Detox wasn’t fun that is for sure. We have fallen off the wagon a few times over the past 3 years usually always staying about 75% raw. I think we need to read 12 Steps to Raw Food by Batankco again. So happy to have this resource. Thanks to everyone for all the great recipes.
