I am getting into raw foods because I want to take better care of myself and GET THIS WEIGHT OFF!!! I know it works for many people and since I love to exercise, I am hopeful this will speed up the process. Don’t get me wrong- I am NOT interested in crash dieting. Yuck. I just desperately need to eliminate my fast food and sugar cravings. Also, loosing this extra 80 pounds will get me back into shape for doing triathlons again, which I sorely miss. Wish me luck. I need all the inspiration and encouragement I can get!!
