Hi, I am pretty new to the raw thing but not health. I have always been interested even when I was very small. I am a patient turned wife to my naturopathic doctor husband. I have lots of disease history on both sides of my family so it makes me more passionate about trying to make healthy choices for myself. I felt drawn to incorporate more raw food in my diet—call it a God whisper!
I love all the creative recipes on this site and like to read and comment on the forums. Looking forward to learning more and becoming healthier.
