I’m a born again vegan. I was almost fully vegan for about five years, then went back to more SAD eating for the past two years. Today our household is all eating vegan-my husband, my daughter and her partner.

I was introduced to raw food by my daughter’s partner, Ryota. It’s the desserts that pulled me in. With desserts like that why would anyone ever eat white flour and sugar!?
