hi! I began my raw adventure, just over a year ago (fall 2006) but only lasted about 2 months. I felt great, had tons of energy and loved the recipes! But somehow I managed to slip out of it…but here I go again trucking along like the little trooper i am!

I am currently a student taking Graphic Design and am looking forward to taking full advantage of the energy going raw gives you!

I love photography, knitting, sewing, music and literature, spelunking, painting and biking. I try to keep busy and as T.V. free as possible.
