Love horses, dogs, cats, all animals!! Became vegan from SAD in spring 2006, learned of raw, became intrigued and incorporating more raw into my diet now... loving the effects I've noticed- physically, mentally, and even spiritually!

Have horses who are vegan (grass pasture) ;) and a rescued, sweet, huge Doberman who is all raw (not vegan) and he's seen some major health improvements from that (cured his hypothyroidism!). Very open-minded, passionate, compassionate, driven to help others, loud- and proud of it- when it comes to treating all people and animals fairly, decently, with compassion, and respect!

Wonderful hubby is supportive, but not vegan or raw yet. Maybe someday, maybe not. ;)
