I am a stay at home Mom who has worked online for the last 11 years…. everything from owning stores to being a coach and business trainer. Right now I am going thru school to expand my writing and advertising skills ( $ 25,000 school!) so I can have endorsements to write for any company in the world. Going to AWAI: American Writers Association Int’l. My passion is to write and travel so I am taking classes on writing for travel magazines and such.

I’ve written 2 books, have appeared in alot of magazines as a freelance writer, currently coach businesses on how to increase their bottom line and get exposure in business.I also own a business where I coach people on eating healthy, how to lose weight ( I recently lost 80 lbs), how to feed kids healthy, and I sell blenders, dehydrators and other good food eating tools.

I love the Raw Food lifestyle.. I eat about 50% raw and it has TOTALLY changed my energy levels and my brain output! It’s no lie that half of my brain feels like it came alive as I ate more raw.
