I'm not a raw foodist, I'm not a vegan, I'm not even vegetarian (hold your throwing stones please)
I am slowly making a transition into each of these, but for the time being, I have cut out all red meat, most of the white meat, and I've started eating only natural and organic foods. I'm even growing my own alfalfa and broccoli sprouts, which I'm amazed at how easy it is. The next few weeks should be an interesting transition, but I'm excited. I already feel the effects of eating the raw vegan foods that I have, and the organic diet, although expensive, I'm positive is worth the work.
