Yield
Serves 4
Ingredients
2 cup Sunflower seeds, soaked
½ cup Carrot
1/2 Avocado, mashed
¼ cup Celery, chopped
.125 cup Kale, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
Chopped onion, to taste
2 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Dulse flakes, to taste
Ground black pepper, to taste
Recipe Directions
Process the sunflower seeds and the carrot. I used my juicer with a blank plate but a food processor would work as well. Stir in the remaining ingredients and chill.
Kevin7197's Thoughts
By kevin7197I’m sure the only reason this is original is that I simply walked into my kitchen and threw it together off the top of my head. My favorite way to prepare food!
I’m sure a little tweaking will be in order but this is a good start!
