Ingredients
1 sweet potatoe (shaved)
1 cup flax (ground)
1 cup minced onion
1 teaspoon sea salt
Recipe Directions
1. I peeled and washed the sweet potato. Using the carrot peeler i shredded it then soaked it overnight in filtered water. After draining it, I mixed it with the minced onion, ground flax and salt. You may add more or less of any ingredient to taste).
2. Then place onto dehydrator with parchment paper/Teflex sheet and dry to desired consistency. Wetter would be more like hash browns, mine where overnight and crispy like crackers or onion rings. Yummy!
Omshanti's Thoughts
By omshantiI was trying to make hash-browns but i came up with crackers that the non-raw hubby says tastes like onion rings.
Yummy either way.
