well this wont set anyones world on fire but one of the things i love about having a great bender like the vita mix is the smoothies i can make out of virtually nothing! its 97 here today, and this tasted sooooo goooood!

Ingredients
5 limes, squeezed
agave or date syrup to sweeten to taste
3 cup water
3 cup ice
Recipe Directions
blend it all up to slushy consistency in the vita mix! be carful of the wide mouthed glass or you will get slushy up your nose!! and all over your face!

Omshanti that sounds awesome! It reminds me of the fresh limonada I drink in Mexico when I visited my Mom( minus the refined sugar!)

W.E., let me know how you like the cheezits, i sub-ed cashews in the last batch and the flavor is less intense and the cracker is a lighter color, the batter tasted like cambells cream of tomato soup....
marichiesa: this is good with honeydew melon too, they sold it in the streets (like in mexico), in the middleast.
