1 cup walnuts, ground in coffee grinder
1 cup nutritional yeast
Recipe Directions
Grind walnuts in a coffee grinder and mix with yeast in a bowl…or for a courser texture chop walnuts in a food processor and then mix with yeast…enjoy on anything and everything!

i think that other person didin't like it because walnut are sort of bitter. perhaps pumpkin seeds WOULD be a better alternative...

Easy Peasy Parmesan Cheezy
NOM NOM!! I added a little sea salt so its just like Parma, although I've never had it, it only has three ingredients... So good, I could put this on just about anything!

OMG this was AWFUL!!! Better than parmesan? I don't think so. What a waste of walnuts. I had to spit it out.

k, i just looked it up, and yeast has a shelf life of around a year! So you would just have to be concerned for the nuts, but nuts last almost forever

I have put pumpkin seeds in the coffee grinder to use as Parmesan before... mmm good.
