Yield
3-4 cups
Ingredients
1 cup fresh coconut meat (chunked)
1 tablespoon sweetener of your choice
5 prunes (raw, soaked overnight with liquid)
Dash of cinnamon
Sprinkle of fresh ginger (grated)
Half an orange (in pieces)
Some water
Sprinkle of cocoa powder
Recipe Directions
1. Put everything in blender. Blend. Serve!

You would probably have to buy fresh plums and dehydrate them yourself - wow, how did you come up with this combo? It looks amazing!

hello :) i used the traditional hairy brown coconuts, i got a bunch of them a little while ago.. .so those are the ones i've been using. i've never actually had young coconut meat, so i guess you could use it, i heard it's softer, so it would probably blend in better i imagine..

FYI: I've also just read online that pitted prunes have likely been pasteurized. Maybe truly raw prunes do not exist. I've never seen them online or in stores.

Fascinating combination of ingredients! As far as the prunes go, if they're pasteurized, they're not raw. If they are sun-dried, they should definitely be raw. If they're non-pasteurized and dehydrated, they are raw as long as they're dehydrated at low temperatures (I guess you would have to check it out with the company itself, most companies probably crank up the temperature to speed up the drying process).
