That was the best dessert I ever had! I ate it today at a potluck. So amazing and easy! Just delicious! You can substitute the cacao with carob, if you want.

I have to say this is one of the very best chocolate puddings I've made. Everyone who eats is cant' tell it's raw. My favorite way to make it is with raw raspberry sauce and fresh raspberries and either raw whip cream or sometimes I cheat with a little tiny bit of real organic fresh whip cream. I know I know whip me with a wet zucchini noodle! I layer it all all fancy in a nice wine glass and put a small sprig of mint in it. Walla! Fancy Smancy desert! Thank you so much.

If you don't have a great blender, try the food processor for the avocado. Smooth as silk and so easy . . .

I just made this using jenoz's suggestions of 6 dates per avo and carob with cinnamon and cloves. It is sooo amazing! I was dipping slices of orange in it...YUM!

This looks incredible! I made an Avacado Mousse once with honey and it was fantastic. I wonder if brown rice syrup would also work instead of agave?

We make this ALL the time - sometimes have it AS dinner. We use 6 dates per avocado and rarely add any Agave. You can try a dash of cinnamon and cloves, especially with Carob. Cashew cream flavored with mint or orange, or coconut milk make a great toppings! Or cut up pineapple and add to the pudding - you'll never want milk-based pudding again!!!
