Mishimoo's Thoughts
By MishimooThis is a perfect way to use up your leftover nut pulp from making n ut milk. Any nut pulp will work.
I named these balls after Chef from South Park and his famous song, and because they have the coconut flakes that makes them fuzzy.
These don't come up too sweet, at least to my taste, so add more or less dates or figs as you see fit.
You can make any variation you wish:
*Make them plain without the cacao.
*Without the coconut flakes.
*Roll them in cocoa powder.
*Roll them up with grounded pecans.
The sky's the limit.
Enjoy!

Heh. Just a few minutes ago I made something that I thought to myself might be called "Chef's Chocolate not-so-salty Balls! Mine had coconut in them too. So I guess both of ours could be called Chef's Chocolate Flaky Balls. :-)
