Yield
probably 3-4, but i consume all of it myself
Ingredients
3 cups frozen blueberries ( i thaw mine in the fridge over night)
1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
1 1/3 cups grapes (i used purple and green)
3 medium-size bananas
Recipe Directions
I put the blueberries in first because they have liquid in them from thawing. If you use fresh, you'll probably have to add water. Throw the rest of the fruit on top and blend. It's a thick smoothie, but I prefer it that way. Bon Apetite!
Joannabanana's Thoughts
By joannabananaI was rushing this morning on the way to school so I just threw the remains of all the fruit I had left into the blender. It turned out to be one of those "heck yes!" recipes.

ah i'm so glad u liked them!! i've made strawberry-grape before but never added blueberries to it. i'll try that, too. i'm just so addicted to the creaminess that bananas give smoothies.
